We recommend washing the slippers by hand only, at a water temperature of 30-35°C.

Do not wring the slippers after washing. Remove excess water without pressing too hard and let the slippers dry.

To remove stains, use a brush and detergents without bleach.

Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
