Slippers:

1. We recommend washing slippers by hand only, at a water temperature of 30-35°C.
2. Do not wring the slippers after washing. Without pressing too hard, remove excess water and let the slippers dry.
3. Use a brush and detergents without bleach to remove stains.
4. Slippers are intended for home use only. We do not recommend wearing slippers outdoors, even in a private home.
5. Change your slippers at least once every 4 months.

Cosmetic bag:

1. Wash in a washing machine at a temperature not higher than 40℃, with a short spin cycle.
2. It is recommended to separate colored, black and white items.
3. Do not use bleaches and harsh cleaning agents. It is recommended to wash with a liquid detergent for delicate washing. You can use a conditioner-rinse aid when washing.
4. Dry only naturally.

Shipping

Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
