1. We recommend washing by hand or in a washing machine at a temperature not exceeding 30℃, on a delicate or “hand wash” mode, setting a minimum spin of up to 500 revolutions.
Washing in cold water will help keep the color of your favorite product saturated and will not allow things to deform. To preserve the shape and color, it is advisable to wash things in special bags or separately from other clothes.

2. It is recommended to use liquid detergents for delicate fabrics that do not contain bleach (chlorine).

3. Dry naturally on a horizontal surface to avoid losing shape or in the machine on a delicate mode.

4. Iron on the wrong side and only in a horizontal position, setting an average temperature. It is best to iron products using a steam generator. To prevent deformation, we recommend not hanging clothes, but storing them folded.

* Please note that pilling of clothes made of natural materials is the norm. To prevent this process, avoid rubbing knitwear against bags, zippers and tags of outerwear

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
