Scarves and hats: Hand wash in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Do not wring; gently squeeze out excess water with a towel. Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not iron. Wool socks: Before machine washing, turn socks inside out and shake out any sand or dust. Sort your laundry by fabric type and color, choosing the appropriate detergent. Powder detergents are suitable for synthetic fabrics, while liquid detergents are suitable for cotton and wool. Wool and viscose items should be washed on a delicate cycle or by hand with minimal spinning. Cotton and synthetic socks can be washed normally at 30°C.

Machine wash at a temperature not exceeding 35°C, with a spin speed of up to 800 rpm. Separate colored items from black and white clothing. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. For delicates, use liquid detergent; fabric softener may be added. Air dry only. Iron inside out.

Lingerie and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary and hygienic reasons. For all other items eligible for return or exchange, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges are only possible upon receipt of the original item in proper condition. Refunds are issued only upon receipt of the item in proper condition.

International shipping is unpredictable, and customs delays are possible. Once your parcel leaves Ukraine, it is handled by your local postal service. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or problems caused by courier services or postal carriers during transit. Please carefully check the spelling of your order information, as we are not responsible for errors in the order information provided by the buyer, such as spelling errors. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable unless we are responsible. Shipping costs are not refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

We take full responsibility for our products until they are shipped. If an item is damaged or lost during delivery due to packaging or handling errors, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the courier service during transit.

Don't worry! When a package leaves Ukraine and heads to your country, the tracking system doesn't always show its location. This doesn't mean the package is lost, but rather that it hasn't yet been scanned in your country.

All prices for orders within the US already include a 10% customs duty. You will not be charged any additional customs fees or duties upon delivery.

Pilling is normal for natural fabrics. Ribbed lace and satin: wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, do not bleach, hang to dry, and iron damp at a low temperature. Other clothing: wash at a maximum temperature of 35°C, spin at 800 rpm, separate the colors, use a mild detergent, air dry, and iron inside out. Scarves and hats: hand wash in cool water, hang to dry flat, do not iron. Wool socks: turn inside out, sort by fabric type, use liquid detergent for cotton/wool, and wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C.
